Pomegranate Processing process

The pomegranate processing machinery mainly include pomegranate air bubble washing,pomegranate peeling, pomegranate seeds purification ect.

(1), the pomegranate is lifted to the feeding port of the pomegranate cleaning machine, the pomegranate cleaning machine works, and the pomegranate is cleaned, and the cleaned pomegranate is sent into the pomegranate particle separator simultaneously;
(2), the described pomegranate particle separator works, and the pomegranate particles and the pomegranate peel in the pomegranate are peeled off, and the peeled pomegranate particles enter the pomegranate particle elevator;
(3), the pomegranate particle elevator sends the pomegranate particles into the primary purification device, filters the pomegranate seeds to the bottom by vibration, and the tiny particles are transported and discharged, and the pomegranate particles are sent to the secondary purification device;
(4) The secondary purification device removes impurities with a lighter specific gravity than pomegranate particles in the pomegranate particles, mainly through the surf cleaning tank. The impurities with a lighter specific gravity floating on the water surface will be recovered and discharged, and the precipitated pomegranate seed particles will be sent to the third in the purification unit;
(5) The tertiary purification device removes the remaining impurities in the pomegranate particles, and sends the pomegranate particles to the collecting device to complete the processing of the pomegranate particles.
